Flourish Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and work across welcoming schools in Atherstone, Nuneaton, Coleshill and the surrounding areas.

You can choose the days you want to work, experience different school environments and focus on what you do best teaching and inspiring children without the additional planning and workload that often comes with a permanent teaching position.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll step into different classrooms and quickly become a familiar and positive presence for pupils. You will:

• Deliver engaging and creative pre-planned lessons
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff
• Confidently manage classroom behaviour
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and teaching environments
• Ensure pupils remain engaged, supported and motivated throughout the school day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A reliable, flexible and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their best

• £130–£170 per day, equivalent to £25,350–£33,150 per year based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
• 12.07% Holiday Pay accrued into your holiday pot for PAYE candidates
