As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Adapting to different school settings and year groups.
- Providing feedback to staff members.
- Engaging students in learning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
- Experience working in Primary Schools across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments.
