Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Supply Teacher to join our team, to work in various primary schools in South Birmingham on a day-to-day supply basis.

As this is a day-to-day supply teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons however you will be expected to:
  • Create a positive learning environment
  • Work alongside the teaching assistant
  • Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
  • Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class

The Required skills and experience for a supply teacher role:
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher, teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer

You will be working in various primary schools across South Birmingham including Kings Heath, Harborne, Northfield and Hall Green and most schools offers onsite parking.
