Supply Teacher

Flourish Education are looking for Primary Teachers to work on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis across South Birmingham.

As a day-to-day Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of Primary Schools across South Birmingham. This role is ideal for Teachers looking for flexible work and the opportunity to choose the days they are available.

The Role:
As this is a day-to-day supply role, you will not be expected to complete planning or attend staff meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in an engaging and effective way
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other members of staff
• Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Marking pupils' work in line with the school's marking policy at the end of the school day

To apply for this Primary Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and year groups
• A strong school reference from a recent employer
