The Responsibilities of this Supply Teacher Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments, maintaining high standards of teaching.
  • Provide effective classroom management and support pupils in their educational journey.
  • Mark and assess pupils’ work as required, ensuring continuity in learning.
  • Build positive relationships with staff and students, contributing to the school community as a valued Class Teacher.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential; Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in teaching across KS1, KS2, or Early Years (EYFS) within a Primary School setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Ability to manage classrooms effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work as a Supply Teacher across various schools.
