Supply Teacher

We are recruiting for a Supply Teacher to join our team! This day-to-day role with Flourish offers you the flexibility to work as and when you want, and in the schools you want. Working across various primary schools in the Cannock area offers the opportunity for every day to be different.

As this is a day-to-day Supply Teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons; however, you will be expected to:

• Create a positive learning environment.
• Work alongside the teaching assistant.
• Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons in an engaging and creative way to your class.

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Experience teaching in either Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
• A strong school reference from your recent employer.
• Recent UK school experience.
