  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Recent UK primary school teaching experience
  • A positive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work in different school settings
  • A strong reference from your most recent school employer

At Flourish Education, we understand that flexibility matters. That's why we'll never pressure you into accepting work. You choose the days you want to work, the locations that suit you, and the schools you feel most comfortable in—giving you complete control over your work-life balance.

When you join us, you'll receive:
  • Competitive daily rates of pay
  • 12.07% holiday pay accrued into your holiday pot (PAYE)
