Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting a Supply Teacher to join our team, working across a variety of primary schools in Coventry on a day-to-day supply basis. As a day-to-day Supply Teacher, you won't be required to plan lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with the class Teaching Assistant
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in a creative and engaging way

To be considered for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

  • Experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A recent school reference

Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education offers:

  • £135.00 to £180.00 per day, equivalent to £26,325 to £35,100 per annum, based on working five days per week across a full academic year

You'll be working across a range of primary schools in Coventry, Allesley, Whoberley, Balsall Common and Nuneaton and Bedworth, with many schools offering onsite parking.
