Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for Supply Teachers to join our team, working across a range of Primary Schools in Coventry on a day-to-day supply basis.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver engaging and creative pre-planned lessons
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour
  • Work alongside Teaching Assistants and other school staff
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and school settings
  • Ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:
  • Experience teaching within either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • ECTs are encouraged to apply
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A positive and adaptable approach
  • A strong school reference from your most recent employer

Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers:
  • £135.00 to £180.00 per day, equivalent to approximately £26,325 to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

Location
You will be working across various Primary Schools in Coventry, with schools also easily commutable from Warwick and Rugby.

Many of the schools offer onsite parking, making them convenient for candidates travelling by car.
