Flourish Education are recruiting Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Nuneaton on a day-to-day supply basis. This is a great opportunity to choose when you work and gain experience across a variety of welcoming school settings.

As a day-to-day Supply Teacher, you won't be expected to plan lessons. Schools will provide you with pre-planned lessons, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging learning and creating a positive classroom environment.

The Role
  • Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Work alongside Teaching Assistants and school staff.
  • Adapt to different schools and classroom environments.

About You
  • Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2.
  • QTS – essential.
  • ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • A positive and adaptable approach.
  • A strong reference from your recent employer.

  • £135 – £180 per day (£26,325 – £35,100 per annum based on 5 days per week).
