At Flourish Education, we're currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across Coventry, with opportunities available in Allesley, Tile Hill, Eastern Green, Chapelfields, Earlsdon and Canley.

Whether you're looking for a couple of days a week or want to work regularly throughout the academic year, we can offer assignments around your availability.

Who are we looking for?
  • We're keen to hear from qualified Primary Teachers who are:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holders
  • Experienced in UK primary schools
  • Confident teaching across KS1 and KS2
  • Comfortable managing different classroom environments
  • Reliable, adaptable and able to build rapport quickly
  • Passionate about making a difference to children's learning
  • ECTs are very welcome to apply. Supply can be a great way to gain experience across different schools while receiving support as you develop your teaching career.

What can you expect from Flourish Education?

  • £130–£170 per day, depending on experience
  • £25,350–£33,150 equivalent annual salary based on working five days a week throughout the academic year

Where could you be working?
We have supply opportunities across Allesley, Tile Hill, Eastern Green, Mount Nod, Chapelfields, Earlsdon, Canley and surrounding areas.

Many of our partner schools have good transport links and onsite parking, making them easily accessible from across Coventry and the surrounding areas.
