As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across Primary Schools, covering Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Managing classrooms effectively, ensuring excellent behaviour management.
  • Adhering to the National Curriculum standards.
  • Providing continuity for students in the absence of their regular Class Teacher.
  • Marking and assessing work where required.
  • Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Experience teaching in Primary Schools, particularly in KS1 and KS2.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality education while maintaining a positive work-life balance.
