Flourish Education is currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Nuneaton, Bedworth and the surrounding areas. With day-to-day opportunities available, you can choose when and where you want to work, giving you the freedom to create a working pattern that suits you.

No two days are the same on supply. You could be working across different year groups, meeting new pupils and staff, and gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in an enthusiastic, creative and effective way.
  • Work alongside teaching assistants and school staff to support pupils' learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
  • Follow school policies and routines to ensure a smooth and successful day.
  • Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and school environments.

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:
  • Experience teaching within either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Recent UK school experience.
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer.
  • A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
