Job Description


Flourish Education are recruiting a Supply Teacher to join the Flourish team and work in primary schools in Evesham on a day-to-day supply basis.

Flourish Education are currently working with many Primary schools across Pershore and are recruiting Primary Teachers to work on an Ad hoc/Day to Day basis as well as longer-term placements.

The Supply Teacher role

As this is a day-to-day Supply Teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons however you will be expected to:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons with engaging and creative methods and mark work for the class.
  • Create a positive learning environment.
  • Work alongside the teaching assistant
  • Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils

Required skills and experience for the Supply Teacher.

  • Experience teaching across primary schools including KS1 and KS2 (Key Stage 1 and Stage 2).
  • Must have the relevant teacher status: QTS primary/ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication skills.
  • Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
  • Previous Supply Teacher experience not required.
