Are you a proactive and flexible Supply Teacher looking for work in the Dudley area next term?

We are currently seeking Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and nursery schools in and around Dudley, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, and Stourbridge.

We welcome applications from teachers seeking full-time work, as well as those looking for part-time or flexible opportunities to support a healthy work/life balance. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are just starting out.

As a Supply Teacher, you will work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 settings, delivering pre-planned lessons and providing consistent classroom cover while following each school’s policies and routines. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting pupils throughout the school day.

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

  • Managing the classroom and promoting positive behaviour.

  • Ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning.

  • Completing marking and feedback at the end of the school day where required.

  • Following school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

  • Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff.


To be successful in this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching within primary settings (EYFS, KS1, or KS2), although ECTs are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • A flexible, professional, and reliable approach.

  • The ability to adapt quickly to different schools, classes, and environments.
