Are you a Supply Teacher seeking flexible Primary Teacher opportunities in Primary Schools across Rugby starting in September?

Flourish Education is working closely with supportive local schools, offering flexible day-to-day Supply Teacher roles to suit your availability. As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the chance to teach engaging lessons, follow the National Curriculum, and deliver pre-planned lessons.

The responsibilities of a day-to-day Primary School Teacher include:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
  • Provide PPA cover across Primary School year groups when required.
  • Work collaboratively with other Class Teachers and school staff.
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively as a Supply Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.

  • Pay: £130 day rate to £180 day rate, which equates to £25,350 per annum to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience).
