A welcoming and supportive Primary School in West Bromwich is seeking a reliable and flexible Supply Teacher to join them on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract starting after the Easter break.

This role involves working consistently across all key stages throughout the Summer term, delivering pre-planned lessons and adapting learning activities where required to meet the needs of pupils.

As a Supply Teacher, you will lead classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, providing strong classroom management and maintaining continuity in pupils’ learning. The school is looking for someone confident, adaptable, and passionate about teaching, who can follow established routines while also using their initiative when needed.

This role will also include marking at the end of the school day and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages

• Managing the classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.

• Ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning.

• Completing marking and feedback at the end of the day.

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support staff.

To be successful in this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Previous experience teaching across Key Stages, with knowledge of phonics and interventions.

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.

• The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and settings.
