Job Description

We are recruiting for a Supply Teacher to join our team!

This day-to-day role with Flourish Education offers you the flexibility to work when and where you want, in the schools you prefer. Working across various primary schools in Stratford-Upon-Avon provides the opportunity for every day to be different.

As this is a day-to-day Supply Teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons; however, you will be expected to:
Create a positive learning environment.
Work alongside the Teaching Assistant.
Effectively manage pupils' behaviour.
Deliver pre-planned lessons engagingly and creatively.

To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:
Experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
A strong school reference from your most recent employer.
Recent UK school experience.

Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers excellent benefits, including:
Pay: £130 day rate to £180 day rate, which equates to £25,350 per annum to £35,100 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)

You will be working in various primary schools across Straford- Upon-Avon and the surrounding areas, including Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Alcester, Henley-in-Arden. Most schools offer on-site parking.
