A welcoming and supportive primary school in Tipton is seeking a reliable Supply Teacher to work across Early Years and KS1. The school would ideally like a full-time Supply Teacher, however part-time options are also available, making this a great opportunity to suit your availability.

This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons and completing marking at the end of the school day.

As a Supply Teacher, you will work across Early Years and KS1 classes, providing consistent teaching and classroom management while following the school’s established routines and expectations.

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Early Years.

• Managing the classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.

• Ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning.

• Completing marking and feedback at the end of the day.

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support staff.

To be successful in this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1, and Early Years, with knowledge of phonics and the EYFS/KS1 curriculums.

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.

• The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and settings.
