Are you a Supply Teacher looking for flexible work in Willenhall?
We are currently working with several Primary Schools in and around Willenhall who request day-to-day supply cover on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity to work in local schools you can return to regularly, while enjoying the flexibility of choosing when and where you work.

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll have the chance to teach across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Whether you're looking to gain broader experience, work around other commitments, or secure a better work-life balance, supply teaching in the Willenhall area offers all of that – and more. Many of our day-to-day placements also lead to long-term or full-time roles.

Job Role:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as a Supply Teacher
  • Cover absences due to PPA, training, or short-term sickness
  • Provide consistency and maintain excellent classroom behaviour management
  • Adapt to different school settings and teaching styles with confidence
  • Build relationships with a network of Willenhall Primary Schools
  • Explore long-term or permanent roles if you’re interested

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Recent teaching experience in a Primary setting
  • Confident working across the Primary National Curriculum
  • Able to teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on school needs
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and professional approach
