Flourish Education are recruiting for a Supply Teacher!
We are currently recruiting for a Primary Supply Teacher to join our team and work across a range of Primary Schools in and around Walsall on a day-to-day supply basis.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you won’t be expected to plan lessons. However, you will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons, mark students’ work in line with school policies, and manage behaviour effectively. You will work closely with the class Teaching Assistant and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
We are looking for dedicated, adaptable, and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers who are ready to start immediately.

To apply for this Primary Supply Teacher role, you will need:
  • Experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A recent school reference
  • Two educational references from within the last 24 months
