Supply Teaching Assistant - Ross on Wye

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in various Primary Schools in and around Ross-on-Wye on a day-to-day supply basis. The Teaching Assistant role (TA):

  • Building trusting relationships with the pupils
  • Ensure the safety of the children in the class
  • Contribute to a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
  • Work closely with the class teacher
  • Potentially conduct small group work when needed

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant (TA) role:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Good curriculum knowledge of either Early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Recent experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (TA) you will receive:

  • Competitive Salary – between £85.00 to £95.00 per day depending on experience, which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

We are currently working with schools in an around Ross-on-Wye including Mitcheldean, Newent, Ledbury and Cinderford, who are all require day to day Teaching Assistants (TA), SEN Tas and one to one TAs to help support their students and permanent teaching staff.
