If so, we can help! We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our team to work in various Primary Schools in Alcester on a day-to-day supply basis. Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education allows you to work where and when you want, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle.

As a day-to-day Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of pre-planned lessons
  • Working with individuals and small groups to support learning
  • Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
  • Assisting with classroom organisation and activities

To Apply for this Teaching Assistant Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience working in schools in the UK
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification
  • Experience supporting children with SEN
  • Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
  • Motivating and encouraging the children
  • Supporting with learning and development
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and other staff
  • Giving feedback to parents
  • Commitment to the role
  • Being flexible when needed

  • Pay: £92.59 day rate to £100,00 day rate which equates to £18,055.05 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)

You will be offered day-to-day supply work in Primary Schools across Stratford-upon-Avon, Bidford-on-Avon, Henley-in-Arden and Redditch. Most schools have excellent transport links and onsite parking.
