We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day supply basis in primary schools across Bidford-upon-Avon. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Support pupils with their learning through one-to-one and small group activities.
  • Assist the class teacher with lessons, classroom activities, and preparing resources.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, welcoming learning environment.
  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Supervise pupils during break times, lunchtimes, and classroom activities.
Required Skills and Experiences as a Supply Teaching Assistant:
  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as a TA.
  • Previous UK school experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly across Reception, EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Working as a TA for Flourish Education offers you other excellent benefits, including:
  • £92.59 to £100.00 per day, which equates to £ 18,055.05 to £19,500.00 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
