Flourish Education are recruiting for a Supply Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in various primary schools in Yardley and surrounding areas on a day-to-day supply basis. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you are expected to provide support to the teacher and help prepare the classroom ahead of lessons. Small group work or 1-1 interventions may be involved. We need someone who is proactive, uses their initiative and encourages students to reach their full potential.
We require a flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to start immediately.
Required Skills and Experience for this Supply Teaching Assistant role:
- UK school experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Experience Teaching in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
- Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
- Effectively work alongside teaching assistants

This Supply Teaching Assistant opportunity is located across schools in Yardley, Small Heath, Ward End, Tyseley, Stechford, Sparkbrook and Olton. We work with schools that have an onsite car park or are accessible via public transport.
