Job Role:

  • Supporting the Class Teacher in managing classroom activities.
  • Assisting students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
  • Implementing and adapting educational activities for Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Working closely with the Primary School staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as a TA, ensuring they meet their educational goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a UK school setting.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum and SEND requirements.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Teaching Assistance.
  • Ability to work with Reception and EYFS students.
  • Strong understanding of supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
