Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School located near Bournville on a part-time, afternoon-only basis. Our partner school want to appoint an experienced TA to support a child in Reception on a 1:1 basis. This role, starting ASAP and continuing until the May Half Term.

As a SEND TA you will:
- Provide 1:1 SEND support to a child in Reception
- Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating educational activities
- Ensure the child’s emotional and academic needs are met
- Support the class teacher with general classroom management
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills within the classroom
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school
- Understanding of the National Curriculum and key stages (EYFS, KS1)
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification)
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Experience supporting children with SEND
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
