As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Support children as a class, group or 1:1 basis.
  • Work on a 1-1 basis and in small groups to provide tailored support where required
  • Assist with implementing strategies and supporting the delivery of the National Curriculum.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support to children.
  • Work alongside the class teacher 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) National Curriculum.
  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism and ADHD.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
