Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a school near the Cheltenham town centre on a full-time basis. This is a long-term role working 5 days per week until the end of the academic year.
Our client has an excellent local reputation, they have an Ofsted rating of “Good” and they are located near the Cheltenham Town Centre.
The Teaching Assistant will be working in a reception class and the position will start the position immediately.
The Teaching Assistant (TA) would need to have previous experience working with EYFS children with and be committed to a full-time long-term position until the end of the academic year with scope of becoming permanent.
The Teaching Assistant (TA) role
⦁ To support class teacher with everyday activities.
⦁ Build relationship with class children.
⦁ Work within EYFS.
Required skills and experience for the Teaching Assistant (TA) role.
⦁ Qualified minimum level 2 Teaching assistant.
⦁ Relevant SEN qualifications desirable but not essential.
⦁ Commitment to long term post.
⦁ Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
⦁ Previous primary school or nursery experience is essential.
