Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking a new role? Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Cheltenham.

The school are looking to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant in September for 30 hours per week until the end of the Autumn term. You will predominantly be working in KS2, but will also be required to support in other key stages when needed. Responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, and supporting the class teacher with whole class sessions.

The school are looking for a flexible and committed Teaching Assistant for a September start. This role will continue provisionally until the end of the Autumn term to cover maternity leave.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of working within KS2
  • Committed to a long-term post

This Teaching Assistant opportunity is located in Cheltenham, and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas including Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Bishops Cleeve. The school has an onsite carpark, and is easily accessible via public transport.
