Job Description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within an Ofsted rated ‘good’ school in Coventry on a long-term, full-time basis.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 1 (KS1) who has experience working in Primary Schools. Responsibilities will include preparing the classroom ahead of lessons, supporting the classroom teacher and supporting the children to meet their needs.

This Teaching Assistant role is due to start in September and continue until July 2025.

Required skills for this Teaching Assistant role:

  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Experience working in Primary School.
  • Experience working in EYFS / KS1
  • Work closely with class teacher to support a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
  • Building trusting relationships with the staff and pupils.

  • A competitive salary of £85 - £95 per day which equates to £16,578.9 -£18,525 based on working 5 days a week for the full school year.
