We are recruiting for a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in a variety of Primary Schools in and around Sutton Coldfield on a day-to-day supply basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1 (KS1) Key Stage 2 (KS1) or EYFS
  • A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
  • A minimum of 2 excellent references

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (LSA) you will receive

  • Competitive Salary – between £85-£100 per day depending on experience, which equates to £16,578.90-£19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

We are currently working with schools in Handsworth, Kingstanding, Erdington and Edgbaston who all require day-to-day Learning Support Assistants to help support their students and permanent teaching staff.
