Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) looking for a flexible role in Hereford? Flourish Education is offering an exciting opportunity to work as a TA in vibrant Primary Schools, supporting children across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role provides the chance to work around your commitments, delivering a great work-life balance.


As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will:

  • Support the Class Teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Assist in preparing resources for lessons and group activities.
  • Help manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide tailored support for pupils, including those in Early Years (EYFS).
  • Promote the National Curriculum objectives, fostering a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students.


To be successful in this Teaching Assistant (TA) role, you’ll need:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Experience working within Primary Schools in the UK.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum, including KS1 and KS2.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to support a Class Teacher and work effectively in a team.
