Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School based in Leamington Spa. This Teaching Assistant role will involve working closely with the class teacher to support a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment in a Year 3 class.
The school is looking for a candidate with experience delivering small group and 1:1 intervention in core subjects. This role will start in September 2026 and continue until December 2026. The position is full-time.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Experience working in Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
  • A DBS on the update service or issued within the last 12 months
  • UK school experience
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive:
  • Pay: £92.59 to £100.00 day rate, which equates to £18,055 per annum to £19,500 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)

This Teaching Assistant role is located in Leamington Spa with excellent transport links across Birmingham and is easily commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Coventry and Warwick. The school is well-connected by public transport and offers on-site parking.
