Our client is seeking a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to support in a year 3 class on a long-term, full-time basis, starting in September and continuing until the end of the academic year.

This Year 3 Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering the National Curriculum.
  • Assist with preparing the resources within the classroom.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in Lower Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Help maintain excellent behaviour management in the classroom.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous UK school experience is essential.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Promise to You!

  • £85.02 to £98.41 a day which equates to £16,578.90 per annum to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
