Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in an Ofsted rated GOOD Primary School? Flourish Education is excited to offer a Teaching Assistant position in a supportive environment where your skills will make a real difference.

This role is a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Reception, you will be supporting a child with autism. This will be a long-term role 5 days a week, until the end of the academic year. This could potentially turn into a permanent role.

This Teaching Assistant role will include:

  • Support pupils in line with the National Curriculum across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Reception.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining classroom management.
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils to help them reach their full potential.
  • Provide targeted support to children with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help.
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment by supporting the emotional and social development of students.
  • Collaborate with other TAs and staff to deliver the best outcomes for pupils.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience in a UK Primary School setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly in KS1, KS2, EYFS, and Reception.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and support diverse learning needs.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Working as a Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
