Looking for flexible Teaching Assistant work in Primary School settings? Flourish Education are recruiting for Teaching Assistant’s to work at our partnership schools in Quinton and surrounding areas.

Supply work allows you to choose the days you work, making it perfect for achieving a healthy work life balance. Whether you prefer Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2) or Early Years (EYFS), we have a variety of day-to-day and short-term supply roles to suit you.

As a TA, you’ll be supporting children’s learning while enjoying the freedom that supply work brings.

We are recruiting for immediate, and September starts!

Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Supporting students with SEND 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assist in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Follow plans set by the Class Teacher and provide feedback on pupil progress
  • Support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Uphold school policies including safeguarding and behaviour

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working as a TA, Learning Support Assistant, or Classroom Assistant
  • Experience supporting the National Curriculum in a UK Primary School
  • Previous UK school experience is essential
  • Knowledge of EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
