Supply work allows you to choose the days you work, making it perfect for achieving a healthy work life balance. Whether you prefer Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2) or Early Years (EYFS), we have a variety of day-to-day and short-term supply roles to suit you.
As a TA, you’ll be supporting children’s learning while enjoying the freedom that supply work brings.
We are recruiting for immediate, and September starts!
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Supporting students with SEND 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- Follow plans set by the Class Teacher and provide feedback on pupil progress
- Support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Uphold school policies including safeguarding and behaviour
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working as a TA, Learning Support Assistant, or Classroom Assistant
- Experience supporting the National Curriculum in a UK Primary School
- Previous UK school experience is essential
- Knowledge of EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
