Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time role within Key Stage 1?

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming two-form entry primary school in the Rugby area. This is a part-time, long-term position starting in September for the full academic year, working three days per week.
As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The required skills and experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Assist with playground, lunchtime or other supervisory duties where required
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
  • A good understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Flourish Education.

Working as a TA for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £92.59 to £100.00 per day, which equates to £18,049 to £19,500 based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience.
