We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in various Primary Schools in and around Selly Oak on a day-to-day supply basis. The Teaching Assistant role:
- Building trusting relationships with the pupils
- Ensure the safety of the children in the class.
- Contribute to a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher.
- Potentially conduct small group work when needed.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Holds a Level 3 or above in a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Good curriculum knowledge of either Early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Experience working in Primary Schools in the UK.
- A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
- A minimum of 2 excellent references.

We are currently working with Primary schools in and around Selly Oak including primary schools in Bournville, Edgbaston, Harborne, Cotteridge, Stirchley, Moor Green, Northfield and Weoley Castle. Who require day to day Teaching Assistants, SEN TAs or one to one TAs to help support their students and Teaching staff.
