As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Work on a 1-1 basis and in small groups to provide tailored support where required.
- Assist with implementing strategies and supporting the delivery of the National Curriculum.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support to children.
- Support with personal care where required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a school or nursery environment
- Knowledge of Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum.
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs is an advantage.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification. Level 3 in Early Years Education (or similar) is desirable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
