We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in the Bloxwich area in a 1-form entry "Good" OFSTED rated Primary School. This Teaching Assistant's role is to work closely with the class teacher to support a safe, engaging and positive learning environment in Year 4, 3 days per week.
The school is looking for a candidate with experience providing small groups and 1:1 intervention for core subjects. Ideally to have experience working within year 4 is preferred but not essential.
This role will start on the 28 th April 2025 and continue to July 2025 part-time (8:30-3:30). This role is 3 days per week, with days to be negotiated.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant roleHold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
- A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
- A minimum of 2 excellent references
