Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a variety of Primary Schools in and around Wolverhampton. This role offers day-to-day supply opportunities, giving you the chance to gain experience in different school settings. Many of our partner schools have dedicated SEN hubs and nurture rooms, providing environments where children receive the support they need.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role
  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
  • Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 1 (KS1) Key Stage 2 (KS1) or EYFS
  • A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
  • A minimum of 2 excellent references within the last 24 months
