Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education allows you to work where and when you want, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle. With no planning, meetings or paperwork, you can focus on what you do best – supporting children to learn and thrive.

The Role:
As a day-to-day Supply Teaching Assistant, you will not be required to plan lessons or attend staff meetings. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of pre-planned lessons
  • Working with individuals and small groups to support learning
  • Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
  • Assisting with classroom organisation and activities

To Apply for this Teaching Assistant Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience working in a Primary School (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Experience supporting children with learning and behaviour
  • A strong school reference from your most recent employer
  • A positive, flexible and reliable approach

Location
You will be offered day-to-day supply work in Primary Schools across Wolverhampton, Bushbury, Tettenall, Wednesfield. Most schools have excellent transport links and onsite parking.
