Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher to join a Primary School in the Hall Green  area. This position is a full time Year 1 Class Teacher role that is expected to start immediately to continue until July 2026.

The school is seeking a confident Primary Teacher who can plan engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary Teacher with excellent behaviour management and a good understanding of Year 1 .

The required skills and experience for this Key Stage 1 Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher or KS1 Class Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident teaching in Key Stage 1(KS1)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Working as a Year 1 Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £160 to £200 per day which equates to £31,200 to 39,000 per annum based on working a full school year, depending on experience.
