Flourish Education are recruiting for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming two-form entry Primary School in Nuneaton from September as a full-time Year 1 Class Teacher.

This is a fantastic opportunity to complete your ECT induction in a supportive and well-structured school, working alongside experienced teachers and a leadership team who are committed to helping you develop your confidence and teaching practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own Year 1 class while receiving guidance and support throughout your induction year.

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Manage behaviour effectively
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and colleagues
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

• QTS or be due to achieve QTS by Summer 2026
• A good understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on feedback

• Daily pay rates from £163, based on previous pay scale and experience
