Flourish Education is working with a one and a half form entry Primary an experienced teaching assistant to work Monday to Friday starting asap to support a child with complex additional needs in Year 2 . You will be supporting a child with suspected autism and challenging behaviour. You need to have experience of working with children who have additional needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative applicant to help a child on a 1:1 basis with learning and developing communication and social skills as well as supporting them in their learning journey.

To apply to this role you will need the following

Hold a level  2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification

Have experience of working with learning difficulties

Experience working with Primary School children with SEN

Have supported pupils in small groups or one to one

Be enthusiastic about working with children

Good behaviour management skills.

have a working knowledge of strategies to support children with a range of additional needs

 Responsibilities
