Starting in January, Flourish Education are in search of a part-time Year 2 Classroom Teacher, who will share a split responsibility role with another teacher across 3 days in the week, in a 1-form entry school. This role will require joint-planning and marking.

ECTs are encouraged to apply for this role.

Required skills and experience for this Year 2 Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Confident in leading a classroom of children.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management
  • Phonics screening experience is desirable
  • To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant
  • Ability to share teacher role and collaboratively work to support children
