Flourish Education are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher who can join a supportive Key Stage 2 team  on a job share basis in Kings Norton. This role includes full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking work and providing constructive feedback in line with school policy
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with your job share partner to ensure continuity of learning
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed

Required Skills and Experience needed as a Year 3 Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Lower KS2
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Recent experience working within a UK Primary School
