Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a Primary School in the Northfield area. This is a full-time role starting in September 2026 and continuing until July 2027.
This is a full class teaching role with full responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment. The school is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Primary Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Responsibilities as a Year 3 Teacher:
· Full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation and assessment (PPA)
· Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum
· Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
· Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
· Working closely with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
· Following the school's policies and procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
· Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
· Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
· Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
· Committed to raising pupil attainment and achievement
