Flourish Education are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team at a Primary School in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking for a part-time role within a welcoming school environment, working as part of a team and sharing responsibility for a Year 3 class.

The role will initially be 3 days per week and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year. You will have full teaching responsibilities, including planning, teaching, assessment and marking.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Mark work and provide constructive feedback in line with school policy
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Work closely with your job-share partner to ensure consistency and continuity for pupils
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Monitor and support pupil progress throughout the year
• Follow school safeguarding, welfare and behaviour policies

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Lower KS2
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Recent experience working within a UK Primary School
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach

• £168.80 to £232.57 per day, equivalent to £32,916 to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
